A licensing tribunal is a
quasi-judicial body that adjudicates on matters referred by the city’s Municipal
Licensing & Standards (ML&S) Division. Applicants who are denied a licence by
ML&S may request a hearing before the tribunal by completing a Request for
Hearing application.
Licensing includes property standards issues for
rental apartment buildings. There are some defined procedures to be followed
